I can’t figure out how to solve this permanently as it seems semi-random. This makes the images blurry because the resolution difference between a computer screen (96 dpi) and a PDF. Images are resized in the PDF output to look the same size relative to the text. This also applies to images included in the header via the custom PDF layout screen. If I increase the height of the charts with 1 millimeter the first chart will look ok, but the second one will be blurry instead. Images embedded in a Confluence page appear blurry in the PDF export. When searching for a solution online I came across a DPI setting in nfig, but I can’t find that file on my computer. Just drag and drop a blurry image to our image sharpener, choose Unblur Model, then sit back and watch how our photo sharpener makes your blur image to clear image like magic. The first chart did look ok previously, but after I worked on some other parts of the report and moved things around (not the charts in relation to each other) it became blurry. They are all of identical size and placed in individual rectangles which I have read might help. There are three identical charts in the picture below (PDF screenshot), but for some reason the first one is blurry. Sometimes they become blurry in the PDF, even though they look ok in Report Builder. I’m having an issue with charts when exporting to PDF from Power BI Report Builder.
